‘Burnt on Salt’ and the over seasoned epidemic bleeding into our homes

This magazine was part of my Masters Degree in Fashion Communication and Art Direction at the Accademia Costume e Moda Milano.

A collection of articles and recipes, Munch Mag is an ode to the community bonding around food and the healing our generation will need to perform with the food we consume. Built around curating a concept of the ‘Hearth’, the magazine also analyses homeware and the different trend cycles that interior design and architecture holds.

This first volume is titled ‘Salt Edition’, it discusses all things saline, from cooking, to baking and even the importance of salt in our cocktails, how the concept of ‘flavour enhancing’ has perhaps lost its way in today’s climate.
